The formulation upregulates collagen type I alpha 1 by 1.8-fold, the major structural protein in the dermis that decreases with age. Complementary Active Ingredients
The formulation includes 2% Niacinamide, which enhances ceramide synthesis by upregulating serine palmitoyltransferase and provides NAD+ precursors for cellular energy metabolism. N-Acetyl Glucosamine (1%) serves as a direct precursor for hyaluronic acid synthesis while promoting gentle exfoliation. The 2.5% Natural Moisturizing Factor Complex replicates the exact composition of skin’s endogenous NMF, providing sodium PCA, sodium lactate, urea, glycine, and fructose for comprehensive hydration. Acetyl Dipeptide-1 Cetyl Ester (3%) addresses neurogenic inflammation by enhancing β-endorphin production and activating μ-opioid receptors on sensory nerve endings. The 1.5% Environmentally Responsive Moisturizing System provides humidity-dependent water-binding capacity for adaptive protection.
