OptoDerm Instant Lift is a unique complex of silicates with a hyaluronic acid crosspolymer. It forms a strong, flexible moisturising film over your skin, to physically lift wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is a natural structural component of skin and is present in connective tissue throughout the body. It is considered to have superior moisture retention properties than any other natural or synthetic polymer.

Waglerin-1 peptide mimics the neuromuscular blocking compound of the venom of the Temple Viper. Acting at the post-synaptic membrane, it is a reversible antagonist of the muscular nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (mnAChR). The tri-peptide binds to the epsilon subunit of the mnAChR which prevents binding of acetylcholine to the receptor; consequently it remains closed. In the closed state, there is no uptake of sodium ions (Na+) and the muscles stay relaxed.

OptoDerm Instant Lift’s effect should last around 10 hours, depending on the condition of your skin and expression line movements during the day. We recommend it for the area under the eyes only but it may work on other areas too, with some experimentation. It is highly moisturising and does not require any additional moisturisers.

Even though this is only 10ml of product, it is concentrated and a little goes a long way. It should last well over a month, with daily use as indicated.

Apply once a day (or as required) after cleansing, onto a dry skin. We recommend one of our micellar cleansers to ensure the skin is oil-free. Blend, if necessary, with a finger or damp cosmetic sponge. OptoDerm Instant Lift is highly concentrated so apply as thin a film as possible and allow to dry whilst maintaining a neutral expression. You may use a COLD hairdryer, on slow speed to assist this process but don’t over-dry. Do not use with other oil-based products – only water and mineral based cosmetics. Oil-based products weaken the film structure. Preferably, apply over base and blend in with a finger or sponge.

If applied too thick you may experience some puckering. This may be smoothed out with a damp finger and allowed to re-dry. You should see results within around 90 seconds. The full effect takes about 3 minutes.

Absolutely fabulous product! It does EXACTLY what it says it does – instant lift for wrinkly eyes! I love this product and highly recommend it after trying many other very expensive brands.
